CANCELLATION POLICY

At KDM Auto Spa, we aim to provide excellent service while efficiently managing our schedule. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund. However, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or same-day bookings are non-refundable. This is because we reserve time slots and schedule our detailers specifically for your service, making it difficult to fill the spot on short notice. By booking with us, you agree to this policy.
