How often should a vehicle be washed?
A vehicle should ideally be washed once a week.
Regular weekly washing helps remove harmful environmental deposits, maintain the car’s body,
and protect the paint from potential damage.
How can I get specific estimates?
You can get a specific estimate by sending us photos of your
car or the areas needing attention via email at info@kdmautospa.com or scheduling an
appointment to bring your car to our garage and speak with one of our specialists.
What products are used at KDM Auto Spa?
At KDM Auto Spa, we exclusively use German
Koch Chemie, widely regarded as some of the best soaps and car care products available for
professional car detailing.
Will the wash remove bug splats, road tar, tree sap, or odors?
Our hand wash service can
remove some bug splats, road tar, tree sap, and mild odors, but we can’t guarantee that the basic
wash package will eliminate all stains or odors. Our Premium Details use specialized products
designed to tackle most tough stains and odors effectively.
How long does it take to detail my car?
The time varies based on your car’s condition and the
service you choose, but it generally takes a minimum of 1.5 hours.
What should I do to prepare my car for a wash?
We recommend removing any personal items
from your vehicle, especially valuables, before arriving at the Auto Spa. For detailing services,
please remove larger belongings to ensure thorough cleaning.
How does the refer-a-friend program work?
Our refer-a-friend program is easy! When you
refer a friend to KDM Auto Spa and they book a service, both you and your friend will receive a
$10 discount on your next visit. It’s a win-win for both of you!
What if an item is lost or missing?
We work hard to hire skilled and trustworthy detailers, but
we can’t take responsibility for any lost or missing items. Please make sure to grab all your
belongings before you leave your car.
What should I do if I am not satisfied with the service?
If you’re not satisfied, we’ll be happy to
address any concerns or go over the areas you pointed out within 24 hours of your service.
What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?
At KDM Auto Spa, we want to provide great
service while keeping our schedule running smoothly. If you cancel more than 24 hours in
advance, you’ll get a full refund. However, cancellations made less than 24 hours before your
appointment or same-day bookings won’t be refunded. This is because we set aside specific time
slots for your service, and it can be tough to fill them on short notice. By booking with us, you
agree to this policy. Thanks for understanding!
